Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to join our Legal Technology team. You will provide technical support to lawyers and clients and advise on technologies to fit requirements, helping to design, configure and deliver project solutions.

The role requires interest in automation, CLM technologies, data extraction, AI, and collaboration. You will work with internal teams and external clients, provide desk support via channels, and produce reports.

Qualifications

1+ years in a support role or in a legal/professional services setting.
Interest in automation/tech and eagerness to learn new tools.
Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
Experience in legal technology support is desirable but not required.
Familiarity with document automation or data extraction tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Provide legal tech support to lawyers and clients via phone, email, webchat and tickets.
Advise on suitable technologies and configurations to meet requirements and deliver solutions.
Undertake system maintenance and admin tasks to ensure effective operation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
