Job summary

A&O Shearman seeks a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to join our Belfast Office. You will provide technical support to lawyers and clients, advise on suitable technologies, and help design, configure and deliver automated document workflows and deal management solutions.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external clients, maintaining systems, and delivering demonstrations and training. A background in IT or law with interest in legal tech is valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a support role or professional services role in a legal setting.
• Aptitude and willingness to learn new technology quickly.
• Interest in advanced and emerging technologies.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with document automation and data extraction tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with markup languages and basic web applications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal tech support to lawyers and clients via phone, email, webchat and ticketing systems.
• Advise on technologies and solutions to fit requirements and help design, configure and deliver project solutions.
• Undertake system maintenance tasks and admin to ensure effective operation of systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technology suppliers and other departments to troubleshoot issues and guide users.
• Produce and maintain product and client reports and contribute to internal know-how.
• Deliver demonstrations and training to lawyers and clients.
