Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast invites a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to join our Legal Technology team. You will provide technical support to lawyers and clients, advise on suitable technologies, and help design, configure and deliver technical project solutions.

The role suits someone with 1+ years in a support or professional services setting, an interest in automation and legal tech, and good MS Office skills. Experience with document automation tools or data extraction is desirable.

Qualifications

1+ years' experience in a support role or professional services.
Interest in automation, contract lifecycle management technologies, web technologies, data extraction, AI.
Aptitude and willingness to learn new technology quickly.
Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
Experience with document automation or data extraction tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide legal tech support desk support via telephone, email, webchat and ticketing systems to internal lawyers and clients within agreed SLAs.
Advise internal lawyers and clients on how to best use and configure systems to meet their needs.
Undertake system maintenance tasks and admin to ensure effective operation of the systems.
Collaborate with other subject matter experts and vendors to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
Provide regular updates to Team Leads, clients and senior management.
