Job summary

A&O Shearman is seeking a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to join the Legal Technology team at our Belfast office. The role focuses on providing technical support to lawyers and clients, guiding technology choices, and designing automated documents and workflows.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years in a support role or related field, an interest in automation and data extraction, and proficiency in MS Office. Collaboration across internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a support role or legal/professional services background preferred.
• Experience with document automation and deal management tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal tech support desk support to lawyers and clients within SLAs.
• Advise internal lawyers and clients on how to best use/configure systems to meet their needs.
• Undertake system maintenance tasks and admin to ensure effective operation of the systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology vendors and other departments to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
• Provide regular updates on progress to Team Leads, clients and management.
• Assist in creating and maintaining internal know-how and reports.
• Deliver demonstrations and training to lawyers and clients.
• Contribute to pre-project evaluations and technical build effort estimations.
