Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast seeks a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to provide tech support to lawyers and clients, advising on suitable technologies and delivering integrated project solutions. The role involves automation, CLM, web tech, data extraction and collaboration across internal teams and with clients.

You will assist in pre-project evaluations, build automated documents and workflows, and provide demonstrations and training while ensuring governance and smooth system operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal technology support role is desirable but not essential.
• A keen interest in automation, CLM, AI and data visualisation.
• Comfortable working with lawyers and external clients to resolve tech issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to lawyers and clients via telephone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Advise on technologies and configurations to meet client requirements.
• Design, configure and deliver technical project solutions.
• Maintain systems, perform admin tasks and troubleshoot with SMEs.
• Produce client reports and internal know-how, with regular progress updates.
• Assist in pre-project evaluations and build effort estimations for automation.
• Deliver demonstrations and provide training and support to lawyers and clients.
