Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast seeks a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to join our Legal Technology team. You will advise on technologies and design, configure and deliver technical project solutions for lawyers and clients.

The role emphasizes automation, CLM, web tech, data extraction, and AI awareness. You will work with internal stakeholders from junior to partner level and with clients and suppliers to provide trusted tech support and guidance.

Qualifications

Experience in a support role or legal professional services is preferred.
Interest in automation and AI technologies.
Familiarity with document automation and data extraction tools is desirable.
Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

Provide legal tech support desk support via telephone, email, webchat and ticketing systems.
Advise internal lawyers and clients on how to best use and configure systems.
Collaborate with other subject matter experts and suppliers to troubleshoot issues.
Assist in producing and maintaining product and client reports.
Create and maintain internal know-how and documentation.
Undertake additional responsibilities across teams as needed.
