Job summary

Digital Data Foundation in London is seeking a Knowledge Solutions Analyst to drive KM initiatives in a legal tech context. You will automate documents using ContractExpress, code client-facing automations, and troubleshoot issues for PSLs and users.

You will manage client datasites with HighQ Collaborate and Litera Transact, advise on security, and contribute to governance across DocuSign, Thirdfort and Bundledocs. A degree with KM experience and a passion for technology are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in knowledge management in a law firm or KM systems/legal tech roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to discuss technical concepts with PSLs and fee earners.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

Automation of legal and non-legal documents using ContractExpress software.
Assist with coding client-facing automations.
Troubleshoot ContractExpress and document automation problems for PSLs and users.
Management of client datasite service using HighQ Collaborate and Litera Transact.
Support of datasites including setting up new sites, advising on security and dealing with queries.
Creation of use case templates and complex datasites.
Governance across our portfolio of systems; DocuSign, Thirdfort and Bundledocs.
Assist with KM and legal tech projects and training across systems.
