Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is recruiting a Document Automation Specialist for a leading Legal Firm in Manchester or Leeds. The role suits a paralegal moving into Legal Technology, focusing on automation of documents with Contract Express and HighQ.

You will test and refine automated documents, train users, advise on best practices, and generate regular reports for management while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level, ideally with legal environment experience.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities.
Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and update automated documents using Contract Express or HighQ.
Test automated documents, fix errors and log changes.
Train staff on document automation across the business.
Coach lawyers on marking up documents for automation.
Advise on best practices for document automation.
Identify opportunities where automation can help clients.
Run regular reports and generate management information on usage.
