Unknown Law Firm is seeking a Knowledge Systems Specialist to join its Knowledge function in London. The role focuses on administering and improving collaboration, document automation and knowledge management systems to boost productivity for lawyers and staff.

You will support enterprise platforms, deliver user training, and collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement upgrades and new features. A hybrid working arrangement and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within legal technology, knowledge management or knowledge systems administration within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise knowledge or collaboration platforms.
• Experience delivering user support, training and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Developing and maintaining client collaboration sites, portals, trackers and workflows using HighQ.
• Updating and enhancing automated legal document templates using Contract Express.
• Supporting and maintaining knowledge and product-related intranet content.
• Assisting with upgrades, testing programmes, content migrations and system enhancements.
• Providing day-to-day user support across the firm's knowledge systems and legal technology platforms.
• Delivering user training sessions and maintaining guidance materials and user documentation.
• Investigating technical issues and coordinating with IT teams and external vendors to resolve them.
• Administering user access, permissions, licences and governance processes across multiple platforms.
• Monitoring system usage, adoption and engagement, producing regular reports and management information.
• Working with vendors and attending product briefings to stay informed on new features, developments and emerging technologies.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase adoption and enhance the user experience across the firm's knowledge systems.
