Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is seeking a Technology Innovation Specialist focused on legal tech to translate client needs into practical tools and services. You will design and deliver innovative legaltech products, including document automation, analytics and no-code solutions, while promoting adoption across legal teams.

Strong communication with stakeholders and knowledge of leading platforms (HighQ, Contract Express, Luminance, Docusign) is preferred; law or legal services background is

Qualifications

• Experience translating client needs into usable legal tech tools.
• Experience with document automation, ML/AI, no-code/low-code.
• Familiarity with platforms such as HighQ, Contract Express, Luminance, DocuSign.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to explain tech to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into tools and design solutions integrating collaboration, document automation, analytics & no code technologies.
• SME in key enabling technologies, communicating technical capabilities, applications and key benefits to stakeholders
• To deliver legal product and client service delivery improvement initiatives including supporting the production of any business case required, championing the product or service, presenting and developing case studies.
• Promote the use of existing legal tech and solutions to legal teams and encourage innovative uses to enhance client service delivery.
