Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience implementing and supporting AI systems for a law firm.
• Strong problem-solving and requirements gathering abilities.
• Experience in technology change management and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support Innovation and AI strategy by evaluating and optimising legal tech.
• Manage lifecycle of assigned systems, ensuring security and alignment with business needs.
• Gather requirements and drive process improvements, efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge resources.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure governance, cyber security, and risk compliance.
