Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to join our growing Legal Technology team. You will provide technical support to lawyers and clients, advising on technologies and delivering tailored project solutions.

The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, configuring systems, and creating and maintaining internal knowledge bases. A background in IT or law with an interest in tech is welcome.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1+ years in a support position or a legal/professional services role.
Aptitude and willingness to learn new technology quickly and develop new skills.
An interest in advanced and emerging technologies.
Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
Experience using document automation technology and deal/transaction tools is desirable.
Experience with mark-up languages and basic web app knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide legal tech support desk support, via phone, email, webchat and ticketing systems, to internal lawyers and clients within SLAs.
Advise internal lawyers and clients on how to best use and configure systems to meet their needs.
Undertake system maintenance tasks and admin to ensure effective operation of the systems.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology suppliers and other departments to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
Provide regular updates on progress to Team Leads, clients and senior management.
Assist in producing and maintaining product and client reports and internal know-how.
Undertake additional responsibilities supporting other departments and project teams as necessary.
