About the Role

If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly, and high-performing team, then this is the job for you. You’ll work closely with the team’s Associates and Partners to ensure they have the right administrative support at all times. This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you’ll need to work quickly and accurately, building strong relationships with your team and clients. There’s lots of room for progression, and we support your professional development.

You will be:
  1. Handling fee earner queries by email & MS Teams
  2. Ensuring all team files are in good order and databases are up-to-date
  3. Opening & closing case files on relevant case management systems
  4. Making payments of invoices, cheques, BACs payments & billing
  5. Supporting fee earners with case preparations, e-bundles & paper bundles
  6. Managing the department's digital storage platforms
  7. Booking fee earner travel and meetings, managing expenses
  8. Handling office inbound post, printing, scanning
  9. Managing Radiology requests across multiple digital platforms
  10. Dealing with urgent support requests promptly
About You
