Job Description

You’ll be working closely with the team’s Associates and Partners to make sure they have the right administrative support at all times. This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, building strong relationships with your team and our clients. There’s lots of room for progression, and we’d really like to support you in your professional development.

Responsibilities
  1. Handling fee earner queries by email & MS Teams
  2. Ensuring all team files are in good order and databases are up-to-date
  3. Opening & closing case files on the relevant case management systems
  4. Making payments of invoices, cheques, BACs payments & billing
  5. Supporting fee earners with the preparation of cases, e-bundles & paper bundles
  6. Administration of the department's digital storage platforms
  7. Booking fee earner travel and meetings and managing expenses
  8. Managing the office inbound post, printing, scanning
  9. Managing Radiology requests across multiple digital platforms
  10. Dealing with urgent support requests promptly
