Legal Secretary – Personal Injury

TSR Legalare pleased to be working with a well-respected multi-service law firm based in Swansea. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to assist their team of specialist Personal Injury solicitors.The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting three seasoned solicitors, becoming the backbone of a department, which is known for its excellence in Personal Injury litigation. With a focus on both fast and multi-track cases, the role demands a meticulous individual who can navigate the complexities of legal proceedings with finesse.The firm are also APIL accredited.

Key Responsibilities:

– Diligent management and organisation of case files
– Drafting and preparing legal documents with precision
– Communicating effectively with clients, providing empathetic and clear guidance
– Assisting in the preparation for trials, hearings, and client meetings
– Conducting legal research to support case progression
– Ensuring compliance with court rules and legal procedures

Essential Skills and Experience:

– Proven experience in Personal Injury litigation
– A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
– Exceptional IT proficiency, with familiarity in legal software
– Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
