The daily work is variable and includes case work, collaborating closely with fee-earners to prepare for employment tribunals; drafting witness statements, conducting legal research, compiling evidence, maintaining communication with clients, and assisting with legal document preparation.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a paralegal in Employment law.
The role is fully remote, but candidates may also choose to work from UK offices if preferred.
