We’re looking for a Legal Secretary with a background in Residential Conveyancing to join a dynamic legal team in Edinburgh. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working, private healthcare, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

?The Role

  • Prepare, transcribe, and format legal documents from digital dictation
  • Produce accurate and professional documentation within tight deadlines
  • Handle client and third-party correspondence, including calls and emails
  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and lenders on behalf of the team
  • Manage case files and maintain organised filing systems
  • Support diary management and scheduling for solicitors and paralegals

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in conveyancing
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
