About the Role

As a Legal Resourcer / Associate Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment needs.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
• Utilizing social media and job boards to source talent.
• Expanding candidate pools through referrals and executive searches.
• Generating leads and market intelligence.

Pay Range, Compensation, and Benefits

• Basic salary between £28,000 and £32,000, with an OTE of £50,000 in the first year.
• Non-threshold commission structure enabling earning commissions from the first placement.
