About the Role

As a Legal Resourcer / Associate Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Headhunting and sourcing suitable candidates for client requirements.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through detailed interviews.
• Utilizing social media and job boards to identify talent.
• Expanding candidate pools via referrals and executive searches.
• Generating leads and gathering market intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary between £28,000 - £32,000 with OTE of £50,000 in the first year.
