About the Role

Your responsibilities as a Legal Resourcer / Associate Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
• Utilizing social media & job boards to identify talent.
• Expanding candidate pools through referrals and executive searches.
• Generating leads and market insights.

Pay range, compensation, and benefits

• Basic salary £28,000 - £32,000 with on-target earnings of £50,000 in the first year.
• Non-threshold commission structure—earn commission from your first placement.
• Expense account for networking with clients and candidates.
