I'm currently working closely with a prestigious US law firm in London, seeking a Legal Recruitment Coordinator to support their lateral fee earner and graduate recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the point of contact and subject-matter expert for lateral recruitment, managing all aspects from candidate attraction and selection to onboarding, both internally and externally.
  2. Support Practice Group heads, Partners, and Legal Recruiting Managers in managing lateral recruitment needs across EMEA offices from start to finish.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues responsible for trainee and intern hiring across EMEA offices, developing an understanding of qualification criteria in each jurisdiction.
  5. Support Managers with vacation schemes, including screening applications, assessment centres, interviews, and the planning and delivery of schemes and offer management.
  6. Assist Managers with the trainee lifecycle from induction to qualification.
What do you need?
  • Proven experience in coordinating recruitment programs for law firms or professional services.
  • Familiarity with legal education and professional systems across EMEA.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
