One of Northern Ireland's most respected law firms is seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. Known for their outstanding culture and long-standing reputation in the legal sector, this is an exciting opportunity to represent a prestigious firm as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Duties
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception space.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming visitors, clients, and internal staff.
Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage internal calendars.
Provide daily administrative support including document handling, scheduling, and record maintenance.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-desk or receptionist role is essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Confident communicator with a professional and courteous manner.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider support team.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
