To help deliver business change and process improvements for a major global City law firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects that enable the firm to deliver revenue profitably by implementing solutions for efficient matter delivery.
  • Contribute to the firm's revenue growth through partnerships with key clients and support the development of new services.
  • Lead process improvement projects following best-in-class methodologies.
  • Partner with key clients to optimize matter delivery processes.
  • Support and advise lawyers on deploying process and technology for large, complex matters.

Candidate Requirements

  • Relevant corporate law firm experience in transformation and change management roles.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and experience in process improvement projects within a legal environment.
  • Preferably experienced with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to provide structure and logic in complex situations.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and leading teams.
