Job Description:

To help deliver business change and process improvements for a major global City law firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects that enable the firm to deliver revenue profitably by implementing solutions that facilitate efficient matter delivery.
  • Contribute to the firm's revenue growth through partnerships with key clients and support the development of new services.
  • Deliver process improvement projects following best-in-class methodology.
  • Partner with key clients to optimize matter delivery processes.
  • Support and advise lawyers on deploying process and technology for large and complex matters.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a corporate law firm role focused on transformation and change management.
  • Good familiarity with legal technology and experience delivering process improvement projects within a legal environment.
  • Preferably experienced with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and the ability to bring structure and logic to complex or unclear situations.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to lead a team successfully.
