Totum Partners partners with a leading global law firm in London to recruit a Practice Innovation & Knowledge Associate. This role sits at the intersection of law, technology and operations, working with partners, lawyers and business leaders to transform how legal work is delivered.

Qualifications
- Experience gained in private practice.
- Interest in legal innovation and emerging technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset and focus on improving delivery of legal work.
- Experience with legal technology, automation or knowledge systems preferable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Drive knowledge management and practice innovation initiatives across multiple practice areas.
- Help lawyers maximise the value of AI tools, legal technology and modern knowledge platforms.
- Curate, develop and enhance precedents, know-how and best practice resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows, efficiency and client service delivery.
- Evaluate, pilot and implement innovative solutions to address practice challenges.
- Support change management activities and encourage adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Collaborate with legal and business services teams to embed innovation across the firm.
