Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and their application to legal service delivery.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and sophisticated legal clients.
• Ability to manage complex client engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Experience with AI tools and practical implementation in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Support scoping, design, and delivery of client-specific AI engagements, including workflows and pilots.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and legal tech to legal workflows and service delivery.
• Advise on practical AI applications with appropriate human oversight and governance.
• Move client opportunities from discovery through design, testing, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with AI, technology, and business teams to align client needs with firm capabilities.
• Ensure quality, confidentiality, information security, and compliance in client work.
• Share insights to inform reusable AI solutions and the broader agenda.
• Assist Business Development with technology-focused content for panels, pitches, and RFPs.
