Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a Practice Innovation and Knowledge Associate (non-practising) to strategize, manage, and implement knowledge and innovation initiatives across practice groups. You will liaise with the Practice Innovation team and department leaders, curating content and workflows to improve efficiency and client value.

In this non‑practising role you will shape knowledge delivery, apply AI tools, and support change management to drive adoption across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years PQE or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in knowledge management or legal innovation is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lawyers and operations to define and drive knowledge management initiatives.
• Coordinate innovation projects and implement modern knowledge delivery systems.
• Support practice groups with best-of precedents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Advise clients and internal teams on adoption and change management strategies.
