Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE.
- Experience as Knowledge Lawyer/PSL or fee-earner moving into knowledge.
- Strong interest in knowledge management, legal tech and innovation.
- Excellent drafting, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
- Strong stakeholder management at partner level.
- Commercial, proactive and highly organized.
- Insurance or litigation experience helpful but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of knowledge strategy.
- Deliver global knowledge management offerings with senior leadership.
- Draft, review and maintain precedents and know‑how materials.
- Deliver legal training, webinars, podcasts and knowledge-sharing.
- Produce thought leadership and client-facing content.
- Monitor legal developments and regulatory changes.
- Lead knowledge and innovation projects and adoption of technology.
- Collaborate with business development on pitches and profile-raising initiatives.
