Job summary

BlackCode in London is seeking a Legal Implementation Specialist to help enterprise customers implement its contract-focused AI platform across legal and commercial workflows.

You will have proven client-facing delivery experience, leading implementations, onboarding, professional services, or customer delivery work. The role is based in London with 3 days/week in the office, offering competitive salaries and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing delivery experience with implementations or professional services.
• Experience running end-to-end implementations, onboarding, or customer delivery.
• Background in LegalTech, SaaS, or a lawyer who moved into LegalTech.
• Senior level: ownership of complex/high-value implementations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver customer implementations from discovery through configuration, testing, rollout and adoption.
• Manage multiple live customer implementations concurrently.
• Work with legal, Legal Operations, procurement and commercial teams to configure the platform around their requirements.
• Use and develop prompts for AI systems, helping customers get effective and consistent outcomes from the technology.
• Present solutions back to customers, gather feedback, support testing and guide users through successful rollout.
• Act as a bridge between the customer and Product, distinguishing genuine requirements from product limitations and recommending better approaches where appropriate.
• Bring a logical, solutions-focused approach and feel comfortable advising, guiding and pushing back with customers when needed.
• Come from a LegalTech, SaaS, implementation, onboarding, professional services or customer delivery background, or be a lawyer who has already moved into LegalTech.
• For Senior level, have experience owning complex or high-value implementations end to end, working with senior stakeholders such as General Counsel and Heads of Legal Operations, and helping coach others within the team.
• Be excited by a business where progression can happen quickly into Senior, Strategic or Team Lead routes for the right people.

As an Implementation specialist, you will have proven client-facing delivery experience, ideally having run implementations, onboarding, professional services or customer delivery work.

As the Legal Implementation Specialist, you will:
