Job summary

Elevate is recruiting an Analyst to provide legal operations e-billing support for our Customer. You will process a high volume of invoices, applying analytical and technical skills to ensure accurate standardization and compliance, and respond promptly to queries from a variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, operations, or paralegal work experience in legal operations.
• 2-3 years in legal department operations support or e-billing admin roles.
• Experience with e-billing administrations for one or more systems.

Responsibilities

• Review compliance of legal invoices and perform data transformations as needed.
• Produce legal spend reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Administer and support day-to-day use of the e-billing system.
• Support electronic invoice submission, review, processing and troubleshooting.
• Assist with matter creation, maintenance and related billing administration.
• Manage billing rates and rate-related information in systems.
• Respond to billing queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with law firms, internal teams, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Support processes between e-billing and AP systems and reporting.
• Troubleshoot system and user issues to ensure efficient billing operations.
• Maintain accurate matter, vendor, invoice and billing data.
• Support accruals and budgeting activities related to matters.
