Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to support client billing arrangements, ensure compliance with Outside Counsel Guidelines, and maintain accurate financial records. The role collaborates with the Pricing Team, Partners, and Finance across EMEA and the US, using Intapp Terms to manage client terms and billing requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience in legal or professional services billing, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to process

Qualifications

• Experience in legal or professional services billing operations.
• Strong understanding of Elite/3E and Intapp Terms systems.
• Knowledge of VAT/GST and international billing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience collaborating with Pricing and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage Outside Counsel Guidelines linked to new engagements using Intapp Terms.
• Ensure accurate Client/Matter setup in 3E from New Business Intakenotifications.
• Coordinate with Pricing Team on rate structures and changes.
• Set up and maintain exception rates in Elite/3E per client arrangements.
• Ensure visibility of rates for eBilling clients with the relevant team.
