Legal Counsel - Financial Services

Our client is a leading financial services company seeking a Legal Counsel to join their highly regarded in-house legal team. This broad and varied position offers opportunities for progression and development.

Location: Based in London, with a hybrid working model requiring team members to be in the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Advise the business on legal matters such as commercial contracts, data protection, corporate, and employment issues.
• Provide expertise in financial services regulatory compliance.
• Ideally, have exposure to structured finance transactions.
• Possess post-qualification experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a commercial and business-oriented outlook.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates with between 2-6 years PQE are considered suitable; however, applications from candidates outside this range with relevant experience are also welcome.
