You'll be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, accurate data entry, and timely routing of inquiries to the appropriate legal teams. Training on Proclaim is provided, and a strong focus on compliance and client care is essential.

The Role

The Client Services team forms a crucial bridge between clients and the firm's legal teams. As the first point of contact, this team is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to legal support.

As a Client Services Executive, you'll be the face of the firm to new clients, representing its values and maintaining high standards of service throughout the onboarding process.

What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent customer care by assisting clients with legal inquiries across a range of communication channels.
• Gather and record client details accurately using case management software.
• Liaise with legal teams, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate department promptly.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by conducting KYC checks and opening new client matters.
• Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all tasks and inboxes are actioned and cleared daily.
• Develop a solid understanding of the firm's legal services and departments.
