Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Nottingham seeks a senior onboarding and compliance leader to oversee matter opening and client onboarding across the business. You will manage a large team and ensure AML, KYC and CDD checks are performed to the highest standards.

You'll drive the rollout of onboarding technology, harmonise processes across offices and provide regular performance reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a file opening, onboarding or compliance team in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong working knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD and regulatory duties.
