Job summary

JMW Solicitors LLP in Manchester seeks an experienced Client Services Executive to join our busy Client Services team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, conveying information clearly and guiding inquiries to the appropriate departments.

You will use Proclaim for data entry, escalate enquiries, manage workloads, and support onboarding and Know Your Client checks across our Manchester, Liverpool and London offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client services role, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise workloads.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail in case management.
• Strong academic record.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs.
• Proclaim experience is desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients across channels, delivering first-class service.
• Collect and process client information using Proclaim.
• Escalate enquiries to departments and record feedback.
• Understand JMW departments and services.
• Organise workloads and keep Client Services mailboxes clear.
• Assess lead types and onboard clients efficiently.
• Assist with matter opening and KYC checks.
• Adapt to changing team and business needs.
