Job summary

Un cabinet d'avocats bien établi recherche un legal cashier pour soutenir leur manager financier. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 12 mois d'expérience dans des comptes légaux et une connaissance des règles SRA. Ce rôle offre une flexibilité de travail hybride, permettant 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 mois d'expérience dans une équipe de comptabilité d'un cabinet d'avocats.
• Capacité à travailler sur les transactions de comptes clients.
• Expérience en comptabilité légale et gestion des questions relatives aux comptes clients.

Responsibilities

• Vérifier les reçus et virements des clients.
• Maintenir les transactions de compte client conformément aux règles SRA.
• Gérer les conciliations bancaires et les mises à jour de la facturation.

Job description

Law firm accounts experience is essential. Our client is seeking a legal cashier to assist their finance manager with all aspects of day to day cashiering and accounts functions. They will consider permanent or temporary propositions.

Expected duties include checking incoming office / client receipts and transfers – check online banking system regularly throughout the day for updated activity, maintain all client account transactions in accordance with the SRA and dealing with queries relating to client accounts, bank reconciliations, billing and purchase ledger updates etc.

It is absolutely essential you have a grounding in legal accounts to be considered, at the very least 12 months’ experience working in a law firm accounts team and can demonstrate knowledge of SRA accounts rules. Experience with using Partner for Windows would be a bonus. Hybrid working is available; 2 days remote.
