What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

• Be a part of the Cashier team whose objective is to assist the Firm in reaching its strategic goals.
• Process financial data across all operational areas including client account management, payments, receipts, bank reconciliations, workflow payment runs, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Produce high-quality, accurate work.
• Support the wider Accounts team during peak times.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking an experienced Legal Cashier who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has:

• Legal Cashiering experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs), or willingness to learn.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills.
• Flexibility to work across different areas of the Finance department.
• Logical problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and collaboration.
