Legal Associate – Aviation Leasing & Finance | London

A leading global aviation lessor is looking to hirea Transaction Legal Associate to join its Aviation Legal team.This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience acrosscomplex cross-border transactions in a fast-paced, internationalenvironment.

The successful candidate will play akey role in supporting aircraft and engine leasing, acquisition,financing, and restructuring transactions while contributing topost-delivery portfolio management. You will work closely withinternal deal teams and collaborate across legal, commercial,technical, and finance functions throughout the full transactionlifecycle — from LOI through to closing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal supporton aircraft and engine leasing, acquisition, financing, and saletransactions.
• Assist in negotiating and managing transactiondocumentation, ensuring alignment with internal policies andtimelines.
• Support portfolio management activities, includingrestructurings, repossessions, defaults, and maintenance agreements.
• Manage transaction records and ensure accurate and timelyupdates across internal systems.
• Work closely withcross-functional teams in multiple jurisdictions to deliver smoothtransaction execution.

Candidate Profile:
