ST TALENT LTD in Leeds is seeking a confident Telesales Executive to drive new business and support growth. The role focuses on generating opportunities by contacting schools, academies, trusts and commercial clients, and booking qualified appointments for the sales and surveying team.

You will make around 100 outbound calls daily, build relationships with decision-makers, and maintain meticulous CRM records while working towards aggressive lead-generation targets in a supportive, target-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting or business development.
• Able to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with good record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Make around 100 outbound sales calls per day to potential customers and decision-makers.
• Introduce the company's services and identify potential projects and business opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments directly into the sales team's diary.
• Follow up warm leads, callbacks and previous conversations.
• Accurately record calls, customer details and outcomes within the CRM system.
• Work towards weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets, aiming to exceed expectations.
