Job summary

CRA Consulting are delighted to partner with a well-respected regional law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional to manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to completion.

Working in Sheffield, you will be supported by dedicated staff and collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience throughout the conveyancing process.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional.
• Minimum of 5 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Committed to delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handling a broad range of residential property transactions.
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
• Contributing positively to team performance and service delivery.
