Job summary

Capsticks in Leeds offers a two-week vacation placement in our legal teams, with hands-on tasks and the chance to attend court or meet clients. You’ll be supported by a dedicated supervisor and receive feedback to help you grow.

We welcome penultimate or final year law students, final year non-law students, graduates or career changers who aim for at least a 2:1 and show creative problem solving, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate skills in creative problem solving, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, prioritisation, and time management, with a technical solution focus.

Responsibilities

• Support real work in one of our legal teams.
• Attend court or meet with clients when opportunities arise.
• Be supported by a dedicated supervisor and receive constructive feedback.
• Take part in training and development activities and reflective work to summarise your experience.
