Job summary

Clark Wood Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead the preparation and review of year-end financial statements and to manage a diverse client portfolio across sole traders, partnerships, and companies.

You will oversee ad-hoc advisory work, VAT reviews, and supervision of junior staff, while developing client relationships and supporting business development with a commercial, advisory mindset. Flexible working is available.

Qualifications

• Supervise year-end financial statements preparation and review.
• Lead ad-hoc advisory and project work.
• Plan workloads and meet deadlines.
• Review VAT returns and supervise management accounts.
