A leading educational institution in England seeks a skilled educator to teach multi-skills construction, including painting & decorating, plastering, and health & safety. The role requires significant industry experience and an assessors qualification, with opportunities to support adults returning to education and potentially further their careers in construction. Full training may be provided for retrofitting content.
South Essex College is the largest provider of technical and vocational education and training for 16-18 year olds, adults and apprenticeship provision within Essex. We are growing. We require someone to teach multi-skills construction including painting & decorating, plastering, brick work, and health & safety including CSCS card preparation. The role may support with employment opportunities. Teaching of retrofit is an advantage; full training can be provided if required. Skills Bootcamp are until March 2026; if successful, this can be extended to support further adults into construction. An Assessors qualification is essential for this post.
