Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Construction Lecturer for a 6-12 month contract in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. You will deliver theory and practical training across multi-skilled construction, assess and support apprentices toward NVQ and apprenticeship standards.

The role may blend classroom and workshop delivery with learner support; teaching qualifications are preferred but not essential, and an Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a construction trade.
• Strong industry experience across multi-skilled construction.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE / Cert Ed / Level 5 DET) and/or assessing awards (TAQA / A1 / D32/D33) preferred but not essential.
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

£40-£55 per hour | 6-12 Month Contract | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity

The role can include a blend of classroom/workshop delivery and learner support in the workplace, depending on programme requirements.

You'll deliver engaging sessions, carry out assessments aligned to NVQ and apprenticeship standards, and provide coaching and constructive feedback to help learners achieve.

The Role:
