Yorkshire Education Group is seeking a passionate Lecturer in Construction Multi Skills to join our Construction team. You will work hands-on with entry-level students, guiding them through practical training in the workshop and classroom to help them reach their full potential.

You’ll design engaging sessions, create clear progression pathways, and bring real-life experience and enthusiasm for the trade to the classroom.

Qualifications

• Hold GCSE A*- C / 9–4 in English and Maths or Level 2 equivalent.
• Level 2 qualification in Construction or related discipline.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Lecturer, you’ll work hands-on with entry-level students, guiding them through practical training and inspiring them to reach their full potential. Your real-life experience and enthusiasm for the trade will help bring the subject to life in the workshop and the classroom.

With strong support from our curriculum managers, you’ll design engaging sessions and create clear pathways for your learners’ progress. You’ll bring not just your technical expertise, but your passion for helping others succeed.

About you:

You must holdGCSE A*- C / 9 – 4 or Level 2 equivalent in English and Maths

• You must have an interest in supporting students within an educational environment.
• You must have a Level 2 qualification in Construction or related discipline
• You should have excellent communication and organisational skills
