Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is listing a Lecturer in Construction – Multi-Skills based in Aylesbury. The role delivers a mix of practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning to build construction skills and workplace confidence, with full teacher training provided.

You will teach across Multi-Skills Construction programmes, supporting learners towards their qualifications. The position offers 35 hours per week all year round and a strong focus on staff development within a growing FE

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant Construction trade.
• Experience across multiple trades would be advantageous.
• Tradespeople from backgrounds such as Carpentry, Brickwork, Property Maintenance or General Construction encouraged to apply.
• Looking to move into education or already have teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Multi-Skills Construction programmes across a range of levels.
• Support learners to develop practical construction skills and industry knowledge.
• Full Teacher Training and Qualifications provided.
• Based in Aylesbury.
