We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and forward-thinking Maintenance Lecturer to join our Engineering Department and lead the development of a high-profile apprenticeship/Study Program curriculum areas.

We are looking for a motivated and suitably qualified individual to join our dynamic Engineering Team and take responsibility for the delivery and development of our Machining/Maintenance provision.
The successful candidate will possess strong industry expertise in Maintenance, with the ability to engage and inspire learners across a range of Maintenance processes. You will be experienced in delivering practical and theoretical training aligned to City & Guilds qualifications, as well as teaching relevant BTEC Engineering units (Units 1, 2 and 3) Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Bench fitting, for EAL, and city and guilds Level 3 4515.
You will bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to the role, supporting apprentices to achieve success through high-quality teaching, assessment and mentoring.
Working closely with learners, you will support apprentices/full time learners throughout their entire learning journey, from recruitment and induction through to End-Point Assessment (EPA). You will build and maintain strong employer partnerships, ensure an excellent customer experience, and contribute to maintaining our reputation as a provider of choice for apprenticeship training.
