Job summary

Loughborough College Group is seeking a passionate Lecturer to join our Sports (FE) team. You will teach full-time sport students across a range of units, plan engaging lessons, assess progress, and support learners to achieve target grades.

We welcome experienced educators and those new to teaching, with industry experience in sport and a relevant degree. The role requires strong organisational and time-management skills and a collaborative approach within a large college team.

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a large team.
• Excellent planning, administrative and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and use varied teaching methods.

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate, innovative, and dynamic Lecturer to join our Sports (FE) team at Loughborough College. This role involves teaching full-time sport students across a range of units, as well as providing lesson cover where required.

As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality, engaging teaching that motivates and inspires learners to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver challenging learning experiences, assess student progress, and monitor achievement to ensure learners meet or exceed their target grades.

The successful candidate will bring industry experience within sport, alongside a relevant degree (or equivalent qualification). You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a large, cross-curricular team. Excellent planning, administrative, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines and utilise a variety of teaching methodologies.
