Job summary

Loughborough College Group is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Radmoor restaurant, based at Loughborough College. The role focuses on supporting chef lecturers and the stores team with daily cleaning duties and maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment.

You will help with stock deliveries, laundry, waste disposal, and washing and sanitizing pots, pans and utensils, ensuring high hygiene standards across the kitchen area.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date food safety certificate at level 2 or willingness to undertake.
• Previous kitchen assistant experience in a commercial environment.
• Organised and calm with good interpersonal skills.

What we are looking for:

• Possess an Up-to-date food safety certificate at level 2 or be willing to undertake
• Previous kitchen assistant experience gained in a commercial environment
• Be an organised and calm individual with good interpersonal skills
