Coleg Cambria in Yale is seeking a dedicated Music Lecturer to inspire the next generation of performers and producers. You will deliver engaging teaching, create learning materials, and provide constructive feedback on student work.

Welsh language skills at Level C1 are essential, reflecting our bilingual provision. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week), permanent, with a salary between £33,596 and £51,932, and a commitment to supporting learners and collaborating with industry partners.

Your Impact in the Role

• Inspire & Educate: Deliver dynamic teaching sessions, design engaging learning materials, and provide constructive feedback on student work.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g Cert Ed/PGCE) or be working towards a Level 5 teaching qualification.
• Educated to a minimum Level 6 qualification in relevant subject area
• Awareness of the importance of quality standards within teaching.
• Knowledge of the broad range of learning needs and how to support these needs within a learning environment
• Current, up-to-date knowledge of developments in the music sector.
